Key Responsibilities & Authorities
- Letter of Credit
- Payment control Including payroll
- Issue, Monitor, and plan guarantees (PB and PB) required for the company
- Monitor and update daily bank position, Managing the bank balances in all territories.
- Daily reviewing the collection report (CDC + PDC) received from accounts receivables and copy should be sent daily to the Group Finance manager.
- Monthly closing entry (Leave salary, gratuity)
- Daily cash register
- Daily updating the payments report to Group Finance manager for updating the Cashflow
- Daily monitoring and keeping track on the bank facilities.
- Approval of payment vouchers entered by team
- Reviewing monthly the bank reconciliation
- Ensure that accounting transactions are booked accurately in accordance with Professional Codes of Practice, Accounting Standards and Service Level agreements
- Effectively manage the payments and Accounts Payable accounts
- Ensure the Implementation of Accounting policies and procedures
- Process on time supplier’s invoices and payments
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- Reviewing Periodically the UN sanctions as a part of corporate compliance
- Performs other duties as assigned by Group Finance Manager.

Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Mobility: Must be able to walk and climb to perform duties, including maneuvering within a refinery or plant environment and accessing elevated platforms via ladders and stairwells.
- Communication: Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing, or other communication capabilities, to communicate effectively.
- Focus and Multitasking: Ability to maintain focus and multitask effectively.
- Safety Equipment: Must be able to wear safety equipment as required by the safety department for personal protection, if/where needed in manufacturing environments.
- Personal Mobility and Reflexes: Sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, with or without reasonable accommodations, to perform office duties and travel to off-site locations when necessary.
