Position Summary
PIPECARE Group specializes in providing advanced in-line inspection and integrity services for pipelines, consistently exceeding industry standards set by the Pipeline Operators’ Forum (POF).  Founded in 1998, we serve national and international pipeline operators across more than 85 countries. 
We are in search of a highly motivated and quality-conscious professional to join our team as the Territory Director for the FAR EAST region. In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with overseeing the territory’s Profit & Loss (P&L) and spearheading strategic initiatives to expand our market share and revenue.
Your primary focus will be on fostering a dynamic approach to quality improvement, ensuring excellence from the outset. You will craft and implement a comprehensive business plan that aligns with our strategic goals and objectives, positioning us for sustained growth and success in the FAR EAST territory

General responsibilities
  • Emphasize quality improvement, aiming for first-time accuracy, and ensure adherence to quality and HSE procedures during project execution.
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand market share and revenue in the Far East territory, while being responsible for project planning, budget approval, and manpower distribution.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing operations/sales team, holding them accountable for achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats, and provide regular performance and market trend reports to senior management.
 
Key responsibilities
  • Be quality conscious (dynamic approach towards quality improvement and aim at getting things right first time)
  • Responsible for the territory P&L
  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand market share and revenue in the FAR EAST territory.
  • Create, Lead and manage a high-performing operation/sales team to achieve targets and drive business growth. Holding them accountable on execution.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and strategies.
  • Be responsible for timely project planning, budget approval, and accurate manpower distribution. Alignment & plan control of tool requirements and plan between Tool Management and Projects.
  • Be responsible for the project’s execution within PIPECARE assigned territories. Maintain overall First Tool Run Success Rate at minimum 95%.
  • Enforce compliance to operational systems, processes and policies in support of PIPECAREs strategic objectives.
  • Ensure quality & HSE procedures are applied and followed during projects preparation and execution in all PIPECARE projects.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports, analysis and statements on finances and operations
  • Provide regular reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management on performance and market trends.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Business Administration, (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with at least 8 years of experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the FAR EAST market landscape, including key players, trends, and opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on delivering business outcomes.
